Instructions:

  1. Place eggs directly in empty pot.
  2. Fill pot to 1" or 2.5cm above eggs.
  3. Place on stove and bring the water to a boil.
  4. As soon as the water starts to boil, remove the pot from heat and cover with a lid.
  5. Let stand until egg yolk reaches desired consistency(as per standing times below).
  6. As soon as standing time is up, plunge eggs into ice cold water to halt the cooking of the egg yolks.
  7. Enjoy your perfect boiled eggs.

Notes

Standing Times:

6 minutes for Soft Boiled Eggs.

8 minutes for Medium Boiled Eggs.

12 minutes for Hard Boiled Eggs.
