A deliciously sweet and creamy Vietnamese iced coffee drink.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 Tbsp of sweetened condensed milk into an empty glass.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp of dark roast coffee to you Vietnamese coffee filter. If you do not possess a coffee strainer of this kind, you can brew your coffee the old fashioned way.
  3. With the Vietnamese coffee filter, run 1 cup of boiling water over coffee grounds into the glass with the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Stir and pour over the glass full of ice. Use a straw if you'd like.

Notes

If you do not have the Vietnamese coffee filter you can just add one cup of fresh, hot coffee to the glass of sweetened condensed milk prior to stirring.
