An extremely delicious low-carb sugar-free mojito.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine mint leaves, lime juice and splenda packets. Muddle with a muddler or similar utensil.
  2. Fill two rock glasses with ice.
  3. Add one ounce of Vodka to each glass.
  4. Evenly distribute muddled lime/mint mixture to each glass.
  5. Top with Fresca and Soda Water to fill the glass.
  6. ENJOY!!
